Yoga in Sanskrit means to “Yoke.” Classically this unification refers to the union of the mind and the body. At Studio Avani, however, we refer to unification not only in this classical sense, but we also consider this union to be a merging of our therapeutic background into a unique medicinal style of yoga.
Physical Therapy and Structural Rehabilitation are at the core of our unique system of Yoga, designed to offer a comprehensive healing experience for all ages and all levels of ability that will nourish the body via meticulous alignment focus, and unburden the mind through breathing and mindful movement practices.
Movement and breath are medicines and we are happy to offer a space for the community to come and heal.
